Course Description

Objectives:

1. Identify the risk factors of CKD and how to slow the progress of CKD.

2. Discuss the stages of CKD

3. Explain CKD stages 1-3b as it relates to nutrition

Learning Outcome:

At the end of this session, participants will be able to state increased knowledge of CKD, factors that impact CKD, and nutrition for CKD stages 1 -3b.
