Course Description:

This course will provide an overview of issues surrounding professional ethics for Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors and Substance use Disorder professionals. Topics include ethical decision making models, understanding professional versus personal ethics, understanding professional codes of ethics and resolving ethical dilemmas. The use of case study examples will be reviewed and discussed.
