Course Description:

This session will provide the participant with an understanding and awareness of the role of ambulatory pharmacy in a team-based care setting. Topics of discussion will include the education and training of pharmacy staff, scope of practice and common activities performed by a pharmacist supporting provider practices in an outpatient setting.
