Course Description:

Breathwork is various patterns of breathing exercises designed to improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Through manipulation of the breath, these exercises induce emotional and physical healing as well as insight into the subconscious. This presentation will discuss the breathing practices to continue solo as part of a daily meditation practice, tools to utilize for continued use of breathwork practices following this correspondence and organic movement of the body throughout solo breathing practices. Additionally, the physical and emotional aspects related to connecting the belts of tension throughout the body and biodynamic breath and movement to engage fascia between tension belts and chakras will also be presented.
