The nitazenes are an old class of narcotics deemed too strong and unsafe for human use. Recently, nitazene compounds have been finding their way into the illicit drug supply across the world, including in the United States. This lecture will focus on what these compounds are, how and why they are entering the drug supply, and what to do if they are encountered.
