Course Description:

Psychological safety is a mutual understanding among team members to feel safe to take risks, express their ideas and concerns, to speak up with questions, and to admit mistakes without fear of negative consequences. This allows team members to feel more engaged and motivated as well as leads to better decision-making and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This presentation will provide information on the basics of psychological safety and it’s value within the workplace setting. Additionally, generating and increasing psychological safety and strategic ideas for support and continuity of this practice will be presented.
