Course Description:
One will learn and reflect upon the foundations of DBT and mindfulness, discover new ways to utilize skills from distress tolerance to emotional regulation, and learn to deepen these practices through the use of historic somatic emotional regulation practices to include pressure points, eye movement, breath work, rhythm, sound, and bi-lateral stimulation of the brain.
