Course Description:

Providing clear and constructive feedback is a key activity for supervisors, yet can be one of the most challenging parts of the role. In this workshop, you will explore barriers including cultural communication norms that get in the way of effective feedback, identify how constructive feedback can improve the supervisory relationship and job performance, and learn practical components and characteristics of effective feedback.
