Gain insight into the final stage of life, how to prepare for it, how to recognize it, and how to provide support to those experiencing it and their caregivers. Learn how to apply person-centered strategies to minimize distress, maximize well-being, and ensure meaningful communication with the person, family, and care team. This course is part of the Alzheimer's Association's and Schoolcraft College's Dementia Care Certificate Series.
