Course Description:
Social scientist and author Brene Brown describes a leader as someone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people & has the courage to develop that potential. It's not about a title, a position, or even power. It's about people. Every organization has the opportunity to shape leaders who are people centered and courageous enough to invest in developing others. In this interactive workshop we will explore how the six traits of inclusive leadership can help foster a more equitable culture that shapes people centered leaders across the organization.
