Describes active relaxation and how to use reminders to stay calm and relatively relaxed. Identifies your best word to instantly feel more relaxed. Identifies at least five additional coping strategies that you can do without stopping work. Explains the research on emotional processing. Explains why it is crucial to allow yourself to emote and name at least two ways you can do it. Identifies at least three things that you can and will do to take better care of yourself.
