Course Description:

The course will provide an interactive experience for School Social Workers to explore obstacles to their well-being and begin to make connections to their mindsets. Participants will be empowered to use inclusive language and to implement trauma-sensitive mindfulness tools with students. A four-step framework will be introduced for managing one's well-being.
