Course Description:

This workshop will take a “Deep” dive into the trauma(s) of our childhood that have shaped us as the adults we are today. We will explore behaviors characteristic and symptomatic of embedded mental, physical, emotional, verbal, psychological and sexual wounds and traumas experienced as children, adolescents and teens. The contents shared will provide insight as to unhealed wounds of trauma may present throughout the lifespan
