Course Description:

As practitioners our natural instinct is to share our knowledge and expertise with those that (seemingly) seek it yet we could easily overestimate how much information and advice the client needs or wants.  This workshop will help to clarify and illustrate MI practice in those situations where information from you might help client to move towards or make a change.

Previous training in Motivational Interviewing is encouraged.
