Explicit bias is traditionally what we think about regarding bias. With explicit bias, individuals are aware of their prejudices and attitudes towards certain groups. This presentation will identify common biases and differentiate between implicit bias and racism. Additionally, this presentation will discuss ways implicit bias impacts behavior and also explore ways to address bias.
