Course Description:

Senior citizens over age 50 make up the largest growing demographic segment of our population. Seniors often have increased leisure time, a fixed retirement income and want to be with others and feel that their lives remain relevant. Casino operators know this and have designed their casinos to lure seniors. Casinos can offer several “positive” benefits to seniors, but are also environments fraught with financial risks where seniors can become so involved in gambling that they can become addicted. This training will explore some of the dynamics and pitfalls of casino gambling for seniors and new trends of seniors and online betting.
