Course Description:
Despite considerable research and high incidence of traumatic brain injury, in our population, there are no evidence-based treatments for pain in this population. In addition, chronic pain is a significant source of disability and reduction in quality of life for these patients. Throughout this lecture, the complexity of the pain experience and the implications for treatment will be discussed.
