All applicants must read the Provider Manual before applying to the Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative.
CSWE Unlimited
Unlimited - $500.00 annually*
CSWE accredited status is suitable to CSWE Schools of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Unlimited
- Sponsor can submit an unlimited number of programs to the Collaborative for approval in a 12 month period.
Non-Profit Provider-Unlimited Status:
Unlimited
- $800.00 annually*
Unlimited
- Sponsor can submit an unlimited number of programs to the Collaborative for approval in a 12 month period.
If you choose to not become an "unlimited" provider you may pay a per event application fee:
Non-Profit Individual Event Fees Are Per Application
Individual event - $175.00 (1 day event)*
Individual event - $225.00 (2 day event)*
Conference event (3-4 Day Conference) - $425.00*
Conference event (5 + Days) - $500.00*

Application must be marked "RUSH".
$50.00 for each application received 45-15 days before the presentation date
