Course Description:

This course gives participants an opportunity to explore their current practice policies, procedures and protocols and define needs, objectives and pathways for change in a culturally competent and effective way. The class will navigate aspects related to boundary setting, practice rules and regulations and effective management when it comes to tools, skills and techniques.
