In this course, particpants will have the opportunity to learn more about why we all have implicit bias, the social systems that ipact our bias and explore how our own upbringing shape our view of the world and what is considered “socially Acceptable”. Participants will also explore the impact obias on work places and services, and how each perosn has the power to impact these systems in a meaningful way.
