Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is pleased to offer Jason Peoples & Heather Dermyer’s presentation “Virtual Care: Clinical Psychology in Rehabilitation” online virtually through the Mary Free Bed Education Academy. Due to the vast changes to healthcare and the general environment, virtual care has become a vital component to health care delivery. Upon completion of this presentation the participant will be able to discuss what telehealth virtual care is and the impact and considerations of virtual care operational tactics. They will be able to describe case studies that used telehealth to provide clinical psychology sessions and the ethical considerations for providers when using telehealth visits with patients/consumers. Finally, they will be able to discuss the delivery expectations for using virtual care visits to meet the needs of the patients attending these sessions.
